Collection and Use
IMEX Exchange Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected
on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information
to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Registration
IMEX does not require a registration to view the information on
its Web site and collects no personal information about the user.
Order
IMEX does not sell a product and collects no information about
the user and/or credit card information. IMEX is a on-line business
exchange and provides a business-to-business solutions to persons
and companies involved in international trade..

IMEX does not place or utilize cookies to visitors on its imex.com
Web site.
Background:
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive
containing information about the user. This data file may be
used by other Web sites to track your browsing habits. Usage

IMEX is not responsible for these third party servers such as
DoubleClick, 24/7, and RealMedia who do serve ads in the IMEX
Newspaper Network. Some of our business partners use cookies on

to or control over these cookies. Any information they gain is
not shared with IMEX other than the number of times the banner
ad is viewed and the number of times users have clicked on the
banner ad. IMEX recommends that users review all the privacy policies

IMEX receives email from outside the company. Be advised that
the email you send is not secure unless you encrypt it yourself.
IMEX does collect email addresses of persons who identify themselves
as investors or potential investors and sends to this list information
from time to time. IMEX does not sell or allow this email list
to be seen or used by any person, entity, or company outside of
IMEX. Users who request information may from time to time get
email with updated information. Users who have sent personal email
to IMEX, may have their email address removed by sending an email
