Mr. Stillwell
is an expert on Internet marketing and lectures around the country
on "Internet and International Trade." He spoke before 200
UN delegates on "Breaking down economic and geographic barriers
to trade". Mr. Stillwell writes a bi-weekly column, "The Cyber
Trader" in the Journal of Commerce on international trade
and electronic media.
Mr. Stillwell
until January 2004 served as CIO for Global Network Incorporated,
a network of on-line newspapers. He helped take the company public
in 1999 and has designed the software that places and tracks banner
advertising to the member on-line newspapers.
Mr. Stillwell
has owned and operated a publishing house (Angelica Press), design
studio (Angelica Group), advertising/marketing agency (Stillwell/Golden
Advertising), and a business consulting firm (Stillwell Group
Limited). He helped to design a new distribution channel
for Zenith Data Systems, planned major public relations projects
for Rockefeller University, was instrumental in achieving dramatic
advertising revenue increases for the ACM's flagship magazine,
and in his latest corporate account, Mr. Stillwell identified
$100 million in savings for N.W. Ayer. At Andrews/Nelson/Whitehead,
he developed a three main "pillars"program: (1) innovative trade
show promotion; (2) formal lead-response and customer service
program, including customer database; (3) first time directory
listings and advertising in trade publications. While attending
Rochester Institute of Technology he did research for RCA and
Xerox Corporation on computerized images. Mr. Stillwell
earned an MBA degree from Columbia University.
Dennis Stillwell
is an Elder at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church and headed the
Communications Group for the church. Mr. Stillwell founded
the Electronic Media Committee as part of the Long Range Planning
Committee who's mission is to bring FAPC into the 21st Century.

BARNEY
LEHRER

Mr. Lehrer
brings an international trader background along with strong Internet
skills to IMEX.
Mr. Lehrer
is recognized as an expert in the use of the Internet in international
trade. He was featured on the AT&T WorldNet web site in a "Celebrity
Interview" in July, 1996 on the topic of "Global Trade, Small
Business and the Internet." He is a frequent lecturer at Small
Business Development Centers, several colleges and trade conferences.
Mr. Lehrer is also a co-producer of the acclaimed nationwide series
of seminars on "Internet and International Trade"
sponsored by Assist International Inc. of New York. Mr. Lehrer
has had articles published on the subject in numerous publications,
including the Exporter Magazine, The New York New Media Association
Newsletter and various local international business publications.
Mr. Lehrer also heads up the North American Trade Associates,
Inc. and its divisions International Internet Strategies (IIS)
and European Government Contract Consultants (EGCC). Mr. Lehrer
founded International Internet Strategies to specifically serve
the international business community in development of skills
and strategies in using the Internet in their businesses.
As founder
of EGCC, Mr. Lehrer has introduced a new information service to
North American companies. This service provides daily notices
of all government purchasing tenders from the European Union procurement
database (the Tender Electronic Daily), configured in an easy-to-use
format, and delivered directly to marketing and sales managers
over the Internet within moments of being issued. This service
has opened almost $1 trillion in new business opportunities to
US businesses.
Mr. Lehrer
is also the founder of North American Trade Associates, Inc.,
a diversified international trading company serving clients in
Iceland, Germany, Russia and Singapore. The company serves as
purchasing agent for overseas companies and as international sales
and marketing agents for US companies. Among the products North
American Trade Associates handles are medical equipment, pharmaceuticals,
dermatology products, cosmetics, automobiles and wood products.
Past projects have included introduction of Mexican food products
to the Russian market and shipment of large quantities of apparel
to African markets.
Previously
Mr. Lehrer worked for several New York City based trading companies
and has performed consulting projects for McDonnell Douglas, American
Express, the World Bank and other firms. He has traveled extensively
internationally and speaks several languages.
Mr. Lehrer
is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and the American
Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Before entering
the international trade profession, Mr. Lehrer was a Juilliard
trained professional cellist performing frequently in Europe and
North and South America.

MICHAEL
LAMBE

Michael Lambe
is a Vice President of IMEX Exchange, Inc, an international import/export
exchange on the Internet.
Mr. Lambe
has an extensive background in multiple areas of business-to-business
information publishing. He has experience and expertise in market
research, database development, editorial management, traditional
and on-line marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and publishing
administration.
Mr. Lambe
has held senior management positions with Lebhar-Friedman Publishing
and Fairchild Publications. He has been a consultant to Cowles
Business Media, Standard & Poors, AGC/Sedgwick, Graham &
Whiteside (London), Newmedia Publishing (London) as well as a
database consultant to several non-publishing corporations.
Mr. Lambe
spends several months a year on his farm in Ireland. While in
Europe, he is in frequent contact with his network of business
owners and executives.
Mr. Lambe
holds a B. A. (Philosophy) from Fordham University.
