The IMEX Exchange, Inc. is dedicated to promoting international trade on the Internet, and through international trade, cooperation and understanding between nations and people.

To accomplish its goals, the IMEX Exchange, Inc. has dedicated itself to:

1. Providing a site on the Internet where IMEX Exchange members can advertise their products and services to the global Internet community.
2. Providing international business information for all Internet users.
3. Providing a forum for business-to-business contacts.
4. Maintaining a database of products and services world-wide as well as government rules and regulations dealing with international trade.
5. Working toward the easing of government regulations and paperwork required to conduct international business.
6. Promoting free trade.

The IMEX Exchange, Inc. is set up as an electronic marketplace for business-to-business information, government-to-business information, new products, and services for global companies or those companies planning to enter the global marketplace.

Tthe IMEX Exchange, Inc. will work through its electronic publishing program toward providing its membership the following objectives:

1. A forum to help grow the business of its membership using the information highway.
2. An awareness of the rapidly changing global business environment.
3. An awareness of the global dimensions of society and businesses' role in that society.
4. An understanding of the paradigm shifts of business-to-business operations and the role technology pays in shaping those shifts.

IMEX Exchange Members are encourage to:

1. Properly use the Internet and technology to help grow their businesses.
2. Support the objectives of the IMEX Exchange, Inc.
3. Conduct themselves and their business in an ethical and professional manner.
4. Share knowledge and information with the rest of the Internet community.

Associate Membership
$10 per month.
Benefits:
Listing in GlobalEASE(SM) and other IMEX Exchange databases. If you already have a Web Site, IMEX Exchange will link our databases to your site. Subscription to electronic notices relating to International Trade and the Internet such as events, seminars, and special offerings.
All copy is to be supplied by the member in electronic ASCII format not to exceed 500 words per page. All images are to be supplied by the member in electronic .gif file format. If members need assistance with the above, are staff is available to assist. Costs to be determined. (Exclusive of Internet access accounts to be contracted separately by each member).

Basic Membership
$240 set up fee + $100/month
Benefits:
Your company receives 2 Web pages + 1 guest registration form on the IMEX Exchange. Web Page programming included. Additional Web Pages @ $150 each + $75/month/page. Registration form will be linked to members own e-mail service. Listed in GlobalEASE(SM) and other IMEX Exchange databases. If you already have a Web Site, IMEX Exchange will link our databases to your site. Subscription to electronic notices relating to International Trade and the Internet such as events, seminars, and special offerings. Includes 1 megabyte of disk space with 2 megabytes of hourly Internet traffic. Your URL address would be: http://www.imex.com/member/yourcompany.html.

If you already have a Web Site, IMEX Exchange will link databases to your site. Subscription to electronic notices relating to International Trade and the Internet such as events, seminars, and special offerings. This Site is ideal for companies who need a high profile and who may want to maintain their own site. Listed in GlobalEASE(SM) and other IMEX Exchange databases. Programming additional @ $150 per page. If you already have a Web Site, IMEX Exchange will link our databases to your site. Subscription to electronic notices relating to International Trade and the Internet such as events, seminars, and special offerings. Includes 2 full Internet service SLIP access account and 25 megabytes of disk space and 20 megabytes of hourly Internet traffic. Your URL address would be: http://yourcompany.com. The site is fully imagemap and forms capable. Additional bandwidth and disk spac is available.
