If
you are like most entrepreneurs, you
are busy running your business. At
IMEX, we will help you with resouces
that we have found to help you become
a more efficient global entrepreneur.
We will continually add to this site
so please check with us on a regular
basis.
QUALIFY
THE PARTNERS YOU FIND ON THE WEB
Care must be taken to insure that
the person at the other end of your
deal is a legitimate business partner.
IMEX Exchange, Inc. does not take
responsibility for finding partners
or for the deal. We are not in the
trading business. We simply provide
information and tools to help you
locate potential partners. We do not
vouch for them in any way. It is up
to you to qualify those people and
companies you find. Do your research.
-
Start with credit rating companies
such as Dunn and Brad Street.
IMEX is developing a list of rating
companies by country and will
shortly add it to this site.
- Banks
will help secure payment with
Letters of Credit.
- Obtain
references from your prospective
partner and check those references.
Remember,
just because someone has a fancy Web
site does not mean they are a good
credit risk. Do your due diligence
before you commit your time and your
companies money to the relationship.
The
Web has an enormous list of resources
for the entrepreneur. Here are but
a few:
- Incorporate.com
- Tips on incorporating. They
wrote the book, Incorporating
Your Business for Dummies®.
- Entrepreneur.com
- Tips and resources for all
types of businesses.
- The
Offshore Entrepreneur
- different roads to the creation
and protection of wealth in
foreign countries prepared
by Adam Starchild.
